peopleDebra A. Freid graduated from Wayne State University in 1978 and from the Wayne State University Law School in 1981, cum laude. She has been practicing since 1981.  She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Michigan, the U.S. District Court-Eastern & Western Districts of Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals-6th Circuit. Her specialization includes all types of employment discrimination cases, including employment discharge/discrimination, Whistle Blower, Harassment and free speech violation as well as Personal Injury Litigation including auto/motorcycle accidents, serious injury claims and death claims. She is currently a member of  the Michigan Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, National Employment Lawyers Association, State Bar Labor & Employment Law Section, Saginaw County Bar Association and the Women's Lawyer Association of Michigan. Ms. Freid is on the Board Directors of the Michigan Association for Justice and is the editor of Verdicts and Settlements and has been a speaker at both ICLE and MAJ (formerly MTLA) Seminars.

Edward J. Gallagher, II graduated from Western Michigan University in 1970 and from Wayne State University Law School in 1973. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts and in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been practicing since 1973. Mr. Gallagher is a specialist in the practice of Workers' Compensation. He is a currently a member of the Workers' Compensation Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Association for Justice, Saginaw County Bar Association, and Bay County Bar Association.

Matthew F. Taylor graduated from Wayne State University School of Business with honors in 1980 and from Wayne State University Law School in 1983. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts, including the Social Security Courts, U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Taylor specializes in Social Security Disability claims, Unemployment claims, and other Personal Injury claims. Diane M. Powers graduated from Wayne State University law School in 1981, cum laude. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
